A 'sweet tooth' is someone who likes to eat sweet things all the time. A lot of us have a sweet tooth, but it's not healthy for our bodies to eat too much sweetened food or drinks.
Treats like sweets, chips, chocolate or ice-cream may taste really delicious but they have more fat and sugar than all the other good foods that we have talked about. It's much better to leave some room in your belly for the healthier things like fruit and vegetables!
