We can choose from refreshing drinks such as: fruit juice, carbonated drinks, squash, fruit-flavoured drinks, milk, yoghurt drinks and water.

Some drinks are also a good source of the vitamins and minerals your body needs. For example, one glass of fruit juice counts as one fruit portion in your daily balanced diet.
